Our teas are guaranteed fresh as we ship directly to you from our tea factories. Orders placed are usually shipped within three business days.

Note:

1. During holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed.

2. We do not ship on holidays and Sunday.

Free Shipping – On all orders over US$30

Our Shipping rate is a flat charge of $3.2 to any destination in the world. Every orders totaling $30 and above will be shipped free of charge. And we also provide Free Expedited Shipping for bigger order.

Note that although we will do everything we can to let you get your tea as fast as possible. Unfortunately we cannot control delay during shipment. And some remote areas or those sent during peak period, may require a longer time.
