Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction with all ChineseTeaArt merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund of your money. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We can refund shipping costs and any costs incurred in the return only if the return is a result of our error. It is fast and convenient! With only four easy steps:

Step 1: Email us and tell us the basic information of your order, including date of your purchase, which Chinese tea you bought and amount you paid. Tell us what you want us to help, return or replace etc.

Step 2: Our service staff will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the return details. This will include where to return and other details of return/replacement.

Step 3: Retain all documents and keep the products as possible as you can in its original condition, send them all back to ChineseTeaArt( vist our Contact Us page ). ChineseTeaArt.com's Quality Control staffs will inspect the return items when we receive it. We will timely inform you the status of how we handling the issue.

Step 4: Refund or replacement can be arranged within 1-2 days upon items received.

Cancellation Policy

Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you'll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with ChineseTeaArt.com". Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns. To cancel an order, please contact us and request a cancellation.
