Free Fine Pakage - On all orders
We pack your loose-leaf tea in heat-sealed aluminumfoil bags to ensure your tea will stay fresh for months. Each bag will belabeled with the name of the tea and quantity.Your order will be shipped in an extra strengthfive-layer corrugated box, with the contents inside protected either by bubblewrap, or white foam board (for larger orders or when shipping fragileproducts).
Tracking Packages
We will inform you via email as soon as your package is shipped. Instructions will be provided in the notification email. To learn about the status of your order, please visit your account page.
Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction with all ChineseTeaArt merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund of your money. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. We can refund shipping costs and any costs incurred in the return only if the return is a result of our error.
