Yi Xing Hong Cha - Black Tea

Smooth, rich, mellow, medium aroma, with negligible bitterness. I actually found it sweet with slight fruit/floral/vanilla/chocolate notes, very malty and full-bodied mouth feel. I agree with the previous customer about using a gong fu approach. I got around 6 good infusions using a small yixing teapot. Great taste and aroma and highly recommended! Excellent product!!!
