ReviewsTe Ji Da Hong Pao - Oolong TeaAfter quickly rising the leaves and discarding this brew, I then make the first and subsequent infusions. i find the tea very smooth with mainly roasted notes and hints of sweetness, without any bitterness at all. DHPs are made from special tea leaves that are usually 80 percent oxidized. DHPs should be dark, brooding, smooth, and mysterious teas. For the price, I recommend this tea if you would like to be introduced to DHPs. I find this is a great tea to make iced and bring in a water bottle to the gym or drink when on the go. Oolong tea is renowned for weight-loss, so this is also a great work-out tea. Next time, I will probably splurge and purchase the higher grade DHP, since I liked my first introduction to this interesting tea.

Dong Ding Oolong - Oolong TeaIve been drinking Oolong tea for about 6 months now and this is one of my favorites. I dont have a bunch of fancy words to describe the flavor of this tea but I will say its awesome and you will not be disappointed. I had a nice subtle honey flavor yet not too sweet. A nice vegetal taste and a beautiful golden yellowish color. The leaves had a nice dark shade of green and looked to be of very high quality. This was my first time ordering from ChineseTeaArt and I purchased this tea and the Jade oolong and these are now my two favorites. I tried ordering from other companies and trying a variety of oolongs, mostly taiwanese high mountain type oolongs. The teas I have ordered from ChineseTeaArt are the highest quality I have found yet, and no, I dont work here. I only bought 50 grams of this tea so I could try it out. I just put in an order for 200 more of each (and a pu-erh) so I dont run out before this batch does. (of both this and the Jade oolong)

Tan Yang Jing Zhi Gong Fu - Black TeaAmazing aroma, but for me thats where the story ends. This is without doubt the most forgettable China black i have had in the last few years, its a shame because the smell promised so much. I love ChineseTeaArts keemun xian zhen and frankly i dont see the point in drinking this when i could be drinking that lol. I apologise to any fans this tea may have .

An Ji Bai Cha - Green TeaOne of the best cups of tea I've enjoyed in a long long time! Too bad I'm developing a taste for one of the more expensive teas offered... Nevertheless, this tea was everything I imagined it would be when I first ordered it. I received the smallest amount I could buy, figuring to sample it a bit and move one; but within a couple of sips I was completely entranced by the experience! I will most definitely purchase much more of this one. It has an entirely civilized effect on the palate and leaves a clean and refreshing aftertaste. If I were endeavoring to introduce someone to the new experience of exotic Chinese teas, this would be probably rank as my first choice; it is sufficiently different from your basic Chinese restaurant experience to demonstrate why someone would pay more for an ounce of tea than for a complete dinner for two PLUS tea at most eateries. Almost anyone would get (ie., taste) the point. (I steeped a small amount in a glass French press and made about a cup using hot but not boiling water.)

Da Hong Pao - Oolong TeaThis is my favourite tea and I always look forward to having it. Make sure that you close your eyes and forget all thoughts before you breathe in the unique fruity sweet aroma, which is instantly relaxing. The taste is rich and fruity with a sweet aftertaste, that lingers for a long time, even after many infusions. Personally I drink this tea while I am studying in order to stay calm and because it is uplifting. Very special.

Te Ji Pearl Jasmine - Green TeaExtremely light and delicate green tea, with a lovely smooth, sweet, and subtle orchid taste and aroma. The nutty taste is less pronounced than a Long Jing but does give the tea some body and mouth-feel. The most wonderful characteristic of this tea is the complete absence of harshness, bitterness, or astringency. It is not excessively grassy or vegetal either. The leaves are beautiful. If you are seeking a smooth, delicate, and light green tea, this is a great choice. Excellent product!

Te Ji Organic Da Hong Pao - Oolong TeaFor the price, this tea is amazing. I reminds me of the Imperial Da Hong Pao that Ive tried before. Of course, its not as good as an imperial Da Hong Pao, but its still a very good Da Hong Pao. I will definitely buy this again!

Jiu Hua Fo Cha - Green TeaI agree with the others who say this tea is balanced. that is the perfect word for it. It has all the qualities I expect of a green. I am not exact in my brewing technique, but my temp choice and brewing times fit this tea perfectly.

Sichuan Gong Fu Hong Cha - Black TeaThe Sichuan Gongfu is excellent, one of the best Black Teas I have come across. A compelling taste, not too much tannin, not too little, just right. Well balanced and mouthwatering taste. It is definitely on the order again list.

Feng Huang Dan Cong - Oolong TeaWow and again wow! I did not expect this. The first time I tried FenHuang. What a beautiful aroma and flavor and so much more surprising since the dry leaves give no indication what is hidden inside unlike Mi Lan where when opening the tea container one can smell the tea. And more yet, I got a good 10+ infusions, had to split it over 2 days since alone I can drink only so much.

Bai Ji Guan - Oolong TeaA very pleasant rock tea, with overtones of white tea. The leaves were darker than I expected, and the brew nice but perhaps not original enough in flavor to fully justify the high price.

Te Ji Da Hong Pao - Oolong TeaGood tea. I tend to like the heavily roasted stuff. Does not have quite as much flavor as I hoped, but is very pleasant. If you are willing to pay about 25% more than this for a Wuyi, you can find some that will change your life.
