Dong Ding Oolong - Oolong TeaI started with green teas, but Im certainly becoming a oolong fan. This Dong Ding is simply marvelous! The tea leaves dont smell all that great, but just after you add hot water... What a aroma! Really good, flowery aroma, beatiful light orange color, and it leaves a really sweet aftertaste! If you like Oolong, you must taste this!

Lion Xi Hu Long Jing - Green TeaThis is an excellent multifaceted Long Jing that makes a very smooth brew that is strongly aromatic with a nutty full-mouth feel flavor. Highly recommended -- I prefer this over ChineseTeaArt's "Emperor" Longjing.

2007 Menghai Daye Ripe Loose-leaf - Pu-erh TeaA great cooked puerh. One of the best I have had in that age range. Lush texture, strong camphor aroma, and full body. Lasts for many many steepings.

Huang Jin Gui - Oolong TeaSupple and delicate. The teas color in a glass is amazing. Just loved it. It was my first tea tasted from my Tea Spring order. From order to delivery everything one could hope for plus the order was delivered on the East coast US in under two weeks. I order all my tea on the internet and Tea Spring has been just like down the street though they are in China. Very attentive service and high quality product.

Yunnan Gold Hong Cha - Black TeaThere are lots of other teas that are more expensive or praised by others as being the best, but over my eight decades of life none please the taste more consistently than Yunnan Gold tea. Each spring with the new crop I always buy a years supply to insure that I will never have to drink any other tea for one more year. Some praise for ChineseTeaArt.com is also due for the high quality of service and fast overseas shipment that they offer.

Bi Luo Chun Hong Cha - Black TeaThis lovely-to-look-at tea develops its finest flavor in the second brewing. The first brewing is a bit strong, so use less leaves if you like your tea mild and smooth like I do. I was happy to get a wonderful third brewing out of the leaves, too! ChineseTeaArt.com is one of the few places I have been able to find Bi Luo Chun, which is usually only sold as green tea. This tea is very drinkable -- cup after cup after cup. A good choice for an afternoon working on your computer.

Feng Huang Dan Cong - Oolong TeaI'm not sure what to think about this tea, so I will focus on the description given on this site for it and elaborate on those points. First, it may bit hard to notice from the single picture posted for the tea, but the dry leaves are stunning. Theyre multi hued, with the stems standing out in light yellow, the leaves a more subdued green, and some of the tips a dark crimson. Second, the description on the site claims that these leaves are fragrant even before being steeped. Perhaps they are. Personally, I did not find a very noteworthy aroma, especially when compared to, say, a green Tie Guan Yin. Once steeped, the leaves indeed give off a sweet, fruity smell. The same can be said of the liquid -- sweet but with an astringent bite to it. It may take some imagination, however, to be able to attribute either the smell or taste to a longan. Last note on this tea is to not use boiling water to steep it. Although this tea may have bifurcated off a Shui Xian strand, it is very little like its hearty cousin. Do tread lightly!

Da Hong Pao - Oolong TeaThis is my favourite tea above all others and I always look forward to having it. Close your eyes and forget all thoughts, then breathe in the unique fruity sweet aroma, which is instantly relaxing. The taste is rich and fruity with a sweet aftertaste, that lingers for a long time, even after many infusions. Personally I drink this tea while I am studying in order to stay calm and because I find it uplifting.

Ying De Hong Cha - Black TeaAs always on time and in great condition. I wish I could say the same for items I purchased here locally. Tea Spring always has good quality items. I feel the price is good for the product also.

Rose Keemun - Black TeaA nice tea, It has a hint of rose aroma that is not too strong and not too weak to notice that is a very nice addition to this tea. It's very good with a little bit of milk if you like that. It goes well with various kind of food.

Bi Luo Chun Hong Cha - Black TeaI really like the Copper Knot Hongcha Black Tea from Tevana and since this looked similar and was cheaper I thought I would try it out. Not only does it taste fresher I get more steepings for the same amount of tea. If you like the Copper Knot you definitely need to switch to Bi Luo Chun Hong Cha.

Te Ji Organic Da Hong Pao - Oolong TeaStands up to the Te Ji title for sure, with tasting notes of dried tart cherry, hint orange peel, and a wonderful sweetness and many other complex layers of flavor with a supreme mouth feel. This is a strong tea that will last an easy 7 to 9 rounds.

Bai Hao Oolong - Oolong TeaI should have been expecting the taste of the tea based on the other descriptions, but I was nonetheless somewhat disappointed. There is a nice cocoa-honey-malt thing going on, but with none of the floral qualities that Id come to expect from a good oolong. The leaves are completely oxidized and it seems more like a black tea than an oolong. If this is your thing, then youll probably enjoy the tea more than I did.

2007 Nanjian Fenghuang Raw Tuo Cha - Pu-erh TeaThis raw cake had sweeter finishes on the 5th and 6th infusions. Bitter at the start, this one is a good one to put away for aging.
